In memoriam: Phillip K. Gebhardt, 5/22/57 - 9/30/22.
Phil was an excellent attorney, a tax sale guru & a distinguished speaker at MTSS 1. He will be missed. In recognition of his contributions to the development of the law on Missouri tax sales, MTSS LLC honors Phil by naming its speaker awards after him. Rest in peace Phil, & thanks for all the fine work you did in this field.
